Mitigation and Forensic Services
Mitigation services are tailored to the scope, complexity, and procedural posture of each case.
Because legal matters vary significantly in record volume, investigation demands, expert coordination, and timeline requirements, fees are determined following an initial consultation.
The consultation allows for:
Review of case type and jurisdiction
Clarification of anticipated deadlines
Discussion of scope of services
Outline of retainer and billing structure
Mitigation services are provided under a written professional services agreement and are billed separately from psychotherapy.
Attorneys or legal teams seeking consultation may submit an inquiry to schedule a case review.
Psychotherapy Services
All psychotherapy services are provided on a private-pay basis.
Individual Therapy (50 minutes)
$150 per session
Couples Therapy (50 minutes)
$200 per session
Payment is due at the time of service.
This practice does not bill insurance, provide superbills, or participate in insurance reimbursement. Services are structured independently of insurance requirements to preserve privacy, clinical discretion, and flexibility in treatment.
Reduced-fee appointments may be considered on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full session rate.
